Kroger Gift Cards for Youth Group
The youth of the church continue to need your support in using the
Kroger Gift Cards. For those of you who have cards and just keep
forgetting to use them, please try to make a push over the next few
months to re-charge the cards every time you visit the grocery. For
those of you who are new to this program, here's how it works: You
purchase a card for $10 from Melissa Atkinson. Then, when you next go
to Kroger, you can spend the $10, but can also load the card up with
whatever amount you want (the re-loading can be done at the front desk
or at the checkout line). The card then can be scanned at the line as
if it were a "credit" card. The youth of the church will benefit by
receiving a 4% rebate, so that every time you load the card up for $100,
the youth receive $4.00. We have received several hundred dollars from
this so far, which will go a long way toward meeting the expenses of
this year's Montreat Youth Conference. Several youth and chaperones
will be traveling to North Carolina in June to attend this year's event.

continue to re-load the card you already have. The youth will really
appreciate it!
